The effect of moving customer service server, changing server IP to payment and payment arrangement.
If there is a change on customer service website service ip, might lead to delay of Dinpay sending notification.
Therefore, we suggest two solutions for merchant:
1. As notification experiences a delay, hence merchant may wait for a short period of time (usually 12 minutes) to auto recover
2. Change merchant’s server asynchronous notification path, such as rename notification folder and other (Ensure all previous transactions are completed in prior, Dinpay did not send any notification).
